I am a warm, thoughtful, Ackerman trained psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families in a safe, child friendly office. I view therapy as a collaborative effort between the client and the therapist with continuous dialogues and feedback about problem identification, goal setting and achieving goals in a timely way. I focus on individual strengths and coping skills to help solve problems within the family system whenever possible. I actively include significant others and relevant systems (e.g. the school systems), that support the client's progress. Together, we will explore family history, individual or family patterns and beliefs that may impede your mental health or personal happiness.
